DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

Effective: 27 June 2026 · Last updated: 27 June 2026

1. Our commitment

Warisan Nusantara respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our copyright agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information: 1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site. 3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (a URL is preferred). 4. Contact information including address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted. 5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Written notification should be sent to our designated agent (see contact below).

3. Counter-notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the same six elements required for a notice. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complaining party and may restore the removed material at our discretion, subject to the conditions in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

4. Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

5. Misrepresentations

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
